Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in partnering with We Love Doodles. By applying to and participating in the Breeder Partner Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

You confirm that you are an active, verifiable dog breeder producing doodle litters (Goldendoodle, Labradoodle, Bernedoodle, Aussiedoodle, or similar) and are not applying on behalf of a retail business, reseller, or unrelated third party.
We Love Doodles reserves the right to verify breeder status and may request documentation (e.g., website, social media, references) before or after approval.

2. Sample Product Use

Sample products provided through this program (including 2oz shampoo and detangler bottles) are intended solely for inclusion in take-home bags for doodle puppies you have personally bred and are placing with adopting families.
Samples may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with other breeders, retailers, or third parties.
Samples are intended for one-time use accompanying a puppy adoption and not for bulk resale or listing on any online marketplace (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, or Facebook Marketplace).

3. Discount Code & Referral Link Usage

Your personal discount code and referral link are intended for your adopting families and friends.
We Love Doodles reserves the right to deactivate any code or link used in a manner inconsistent with these terms, including bulk distribution or unauthorized public sharing.

4. Commission Structure

• You will earn a 20% commission on purchases made by your adopters using your unique code or link at checkout on welovedoodles.com.
• You will receive a separate 25% discount for your own personal purchases. Your own discount code may not be used for personal purchases in place of this personal-use discount, and commission for self-purchases is not permitted.
• We Love Doodles reserves the right to review, adjust, or withhold commission payouts associated with fraudulent, abusive, or self-referral activity.

5. Program Modification & Termination

We Love Doodles reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this partnership, this program, or these terms at any time, including in cases of breach of these terms.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
