The routine

Clean ears in five simple steps

Five steps, a cotton ball, and a minute of your time.

Check the ear

Before cleaning, look for redness, swelling, discharge, or signs of pain.

If you notice any of these, pause and contact your veterinarian.

Look before you clean

Apply the ear wash

Lift the ear flap and apply 5–10 drops of Dog Ear Wash into the ear canal.

Ear care FAQs

Can I use the Dog Ear Wash on puppies?

The product is designed for puppies and adult dogs. Follow the label directions and introduce ear cleaning gradually with plenty of positive reinforcement.

Can this treat an ear infection?

Dog Ear Wash is intended for routine cleaning — not to diagnose or treat an infection. Contact your veterinarian if the ear is red, swollen, painful, has unusual discharge, or develops a strong persistent odour.

Why does my dog shake after I apply it?

Head shaking is a natural part of the cleaning process and helps move loosened solution and debris toward the outer ear.

Should I clean my dog's ears after swimming?

It is helpful to check and dry the ears after swimming or bathing.

How should I make ear cleaning less stressful?

Let your dog inspect the bottle and cleaning supplies before beginning. Work slowly, keep sessions short, and reward calm behaviour throughout the process.
